Dear IAMCP Member,

Microsoft and the IAMCP have the pleasure of inviting you and IAMCP colleagues to the annual European Summit that will take place in Brussels on 26-27 March 2012.

This major event will bring together up to 140 of your IAMCP colleagues from across Europe to network, create business links, and influence the development of vital policies that affect your business. This is a chance to catch up with IAMCP peers, meet new colleagues and forge exciting new business opportunities, as well as to learn more about developing EU policies that affect your business, such as the Single Market, privacy and data protection.

The event will be held at "The Renaissance Hotel” -in walking distance to the European Parliament- located on Rue de Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels, from 13.00 on March 26 until 17.00 on March 27 (registrations and welcome packs from 10.00).

Registration procedure and costs:

Microsoft will pay for one hotel night (Monday 26th) and meals, but IAMCP members will have to cover the costs of their travel to and from Belgium and transfer to and from Brussels Airport, as well as any extra hotel nights.

Please note that if you wish to stay other nights than the 26th, you will have to arrange your own booking with the Renaissance or the hotel of your choice.

Registrations are now open!

The summit will include networking meals, best practice sessions, and policy debates with a number of guest speakers from the European institutions, IAMCP and Microsoft. You can find below a draft agenda (details on sessions and speakers will be circulated soon).

The deadline for registration is 29th of February 2012.

Cancellation policy:

You will have the possibility to cancel your room without charges up to 30 days in advance of the event. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, you will be charged for the full costs of accommodation (€189).

Remember to book soon as spaces are limited and may fill up quickly!

I look forward to seeing many of you in Brussels in March.

Best regards,

Per Werngren on behalf of the IAMCP EMEA Board
